Our dining table is always full of delicious sweet dishes, but among them, the sweet dish pannacotta truly captivates all diners with its soft and smooth taste. Today, we're going to dive deep into learning about this dessert and how to make it.
Pannacotta is an Italian dessert, originating from the Piedmont region. Panna cotta in Italian means "boiled cream", this refers to the main ingredient of the dish, which is fresh cream.

Pannacotta is a combination of fresh cream, sugar, gelatin, and vanilla, creating a smooth, soft, and cool ice cream. This dish is usually poured into silicone molds and frozen in the refrigerator to make it harden and take on the shape of the mold.

Pannacotta has a light sweetness from fresh cream and vanilla, it has a medium consistency and a melt-in-your-mouth taste that makes the dessert a popular choice. It is often eaten with fresh fruits, jam, caramel sauce, or chocolate. Pannacotta is also often decorated with fresh fruits or seeds to add color and flavor.

Pannacotta can be found in Italian or other European restaurants worldwide. This dessert is simple but delicious, making it a great choice to end the meal.

Prepare
Below is a recipe that serves two people
Milk: 750ml
Sugar: 100g
Gelatin: 10g
Fresh milk: 150ml
Fresh fruit (optional): strawberry, kiwi, blueberry,...
A little vanilla (optional): to enhance the flavor and aroma of the panacotta.

Preliminary treatment
Step 1: In a small pot, soak gelatin in water. Let it soak for about 5-10 minutes for the gelatin to bloom.

Step 2: Heat milk and sugar in a small pot until the milk boils and the sugar completely dissolves. Make sure the heat is low and stir continuously to prevent the milk from burning.
After the milk boils, turn off the stove and let the milk cool a bit, but don't let the milk get completely cold

Step 3 While the milk is still warm (not hot), mix the milk with the bloomed gelatin mixture in a small pot. Stir well until the gelatin completely dissolves in the milk.

Step 4: Pour milk into heart molds or small cups in an arbitrary amount. Note that you need to leave them in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours until the panacotta sets.

Step 5: When the pannacotta is frozen, decorate the surface with fresh fruit or according to your personal preference
Passion fruit Panna Cotta has a strong aroma of fresh fruit. The fatty taste of milk and mild sourness blend together perfectly. It's not boring to eat, but it's delicious and extremely refreshing.
